Processing & Shipping:

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email.  Cancellations are prohibited once an order has been processed. Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items.  Please be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped.  Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Hamymady’s warehouse hours are from 10am-5pm PST Mon-Wed.  All orders are shipped from our California warehouse.  Any order placed after 12pm on Wednesday’s are subject to be mailed out that upcoming Monday. 

Domestic:

We ship Domestic orders using UPS ground shipping. Ground shipping typically takes 2-6 business days to arrive after being picked up by UPS.  Consumers will receive shipment tracking details to the email provided once the package is in transit.
